To enter an Event Request, please fill out the following form. Your start and end times should reflect all hours that you would like to occupy the building, including set-up and tear-down time. Please note that wedding receptions require a minimum 8-hour rental.

Operating Hours: 8 a.m. to midnight daily.

Please note: The Ypsilanti Freighthouse is used as a community warming center during the winter months of November through March Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The building is not available to rent during these hours but is open to the public. If you would like to informally tour the building, please feel free to stop in during these hours. If you would like to set up a formal tour, please contact Wendy Estey at westey@cityofypsilanti.com.
